We’re Peninsula’s #1 Electrical/Solar Company and our business is booming. We’ve got so many projects on the go that we need another pair of hands to help with our admin! 

This is a full time position based at our Dromana Headquarters. This position is integral to the team being able to provide the exceptional customer service that we pride ourselves on. We’re ideally looking for a full time person to help run our office and admin side of the business, we offer a friendly and flexible environment and willing to structure hours around the right candidate if required. 

Ideally you will be an experienced admin guru, a motivated self starter that can manage your own workload and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner. An understanding of the paperwork and process for solar operations such as Government rebates etc. is advantageous but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate, what we’re looking for is a willingness to learn and grow in the role. Attitude and fit within the Dunton Group is the key to being successful in your application.

Here’s what we need from you:

# General office admin assistance.  

# Create, send and monitor job packs .

# Send schedules and ensure customer communication.

# Customer communication via phone and email.

# Scan, lodge and file all necessary paperwork.

# Honest and trustworthy.

# Experience with Fergus CRM would help but not essential.

# Take pride in your work and go the extra mile, wanting this to be a career.

# Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
