In a little under 2 years the energy bill new charges have gone from $400.17 to just $89.17 and the account balance is now in CREDIT of $748.27!
In the warmer months of October through to April there are no costs showing on the average daily cost and usage chart, meaning the customer is earning credits without paying a bill during this time. The credits can then be used in the Winter months to cover the cost of energy for the foreseeable future!
