Dunton Group were fortunate to be invited to a breakfast meeting with the Governor of Victoria, The Honourable Linda Dessau AC and these leading business owners from around the Mornington Peninsula. Discussing some of the opportunities and challenges for businesses in our region, we’re really excited about some of the solar projects planned on the Peninsula next year!
The Governor is appointed by The King as his representative, the Governor exercises the constitutional power of Head of State in Victoria. The Governor helps with constitutional responsibilities, community engagement, ceremonial duties and international engagement. It was a great opportunity for Dunton Group to be able to discuss the current and future of renewable energy on the Mornington Peninsula with the Honourable Linda Dessau AC and our fellow businesses located on the Peninsula.
It is extremely humbling to be included in such an occasion and we look forward to more renewable energy sources being utilised on the Mornington Peninsula in the future.
